DESCRIPTION

Soap feeders model V520 for cartoners models HV/1 and KO.
Automatic feeder for soaps suitable to receive products arriving on single lane, fitted in line with the cartoner. The unit includes:
- product feeding and conveying belt;
- product synchronisation system with electromechanical drive, for speed rates up to 280-300 products/minute;
- product synchronisation system with “brushless” motorisation for speed rates up to 500-550 products/minute;
- device for product pick-off, rotation and lay-down in the bucket of the cartoner.
Note – The pick-off device may be provided with pneumatic grippers or suction-cups. Both grippers and suction-cups are conceived in a manner that suits a wide range of products and formats without need to be replaced upon format change-over.
