L50/2 – T40/2 – Filling and capping line for vials with injectable solution
The line is composed of:
L50/2 Double pitch Intermittent motion filling and capping monobloc for vials with rubber caps and T40/2 Intermittent motion capping monobloc for vials with metal caps.
The line guarantees a production speed up to 120 vials/minute. Feeding of sterile vials from tray onto rotary table. The vials are then filled by a double pitch machine (2 fillingstations per vial) and capped with a rubber stopper. The connection between L50 and T40 is made by two side drive belts for vial transfer from sterile area to standard area.
